We have developed a technique to produce extremely
stable oil-in-water nanoemulsions in which the interface is stabilized by
assembly of amphiphilic poly(ethylene oxide)-block-poly-(ε-caprolactone) copolymers. The essence of our approach is to use phase inversion emulsification, induced by
variation of the water volume fraction, thus facilitating effective assembly of the
block copolymers at the oil-water interface. Kyounghee is working on this project. Like always her work is so wonderful!!!
